Carson Wentz is back for the Eagles (2-1) and the 2-1 Titans have a banged up (elbow) Marcus Mariota who's listed as questionable.
In what sets up to be a low scoring game, I like TEN and the points at home.
1:00pm: TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS VS. CHICAGO BEARS

PICK: TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS +3 (-112)
RISK: 2 UNITS
Ryan Fitzpatrick (11 TD's) and the 2-1 Bucs dropped the Monday nighter, but that offense is solid. Mitchell Trubisky leads the 2-1 Bears offensively, with Khalil Mack holding down the defense.
I think Fitz"magic" holds onto the starting spot over James Winston with another good performance and victory.
1:00pm: MIAMI DOLPHINS VS. NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS

PICK: MIAMI DOLPHINS +6.5 (-105)
RISK: 1 UNIT
MIA, at 3-0 is one of just three remaining unbeaten teams. Ryan Tannehill has completed 73% of his passes with 7 TD's. Tom Brady and the Patriots come in to this one at just 1-2 after losing to DET Sunday night.
This divisional matchup will come down to the wire. Take the Dolphins and the points.
4:05pm: SEATTLE SEAHAWKS VS. ARIZONA CARDINALS

PICK: ARIZONA CARDINALS +3 (-101)

The 1-2 Seahawks' lone win came in their only home game thus far. Russell Wilson has 7 TD's passes on the season. The 0-3 Cardinal's will look to rookie QB Josh Rosen for their first win of the season.
Given that this game is in Arizona, I like AZ to break into the win column.
4:05pm: CLEVELAND BROWNS VS. OAKLAND RAIDERS
CRS spread: Browns -23.55
PICK: CLEVELAND BROWNS +2.5 (-110)
RISK: 3 UNITS
It'll be top pick Baker Mayfield leading the 1-2 Browns after taking over late in the 1st half in last Thursday's come from behind 21-17 win over the Jets. Derek Carr will be under center for the winless (0-3) Raiders.
Mayfield looked good enough for me to ride him until he shows otherwise. CLE takes this road game outright.
4:25pm: SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS VS. LOS ANGELES CHARGERS

PICK: LOS ANGELES CHARGERS -10.5 (-105)
RISK: 2 UNITS
With Jimmy Garappolo (ACL) out for the season, it appears that C.J. Beathard will start Sunday for the 1-2 49ers. Philip Rivers will start as usual for the 1-2 Chargers.
With such a huge discrepancy in starting QB quality, it's an easy decision to lay the points here.
