5/30 – MLB – 4 Tuesday evening TTF plays

Four games this Tuesday evening that fit the TTF criteria.  Check out the snapshots below:

7:10pm: Brewers +104 RH Zach Davies (5-3, 5.33 ERA) vs. Mets -114 RH Tyler Pill (0-1, 13.50)

New York (22-27) took yesterday's series opener for their second straight win.  Milwaukee (27-24) has lost 6 of 8.  The 27 year old Pill makes his first MLB start and just his second appearance.  MIL with a +2.543 TTF advantage makes this a 2 unit play.

7:10pm: Phillies +103 RH Vince Velasquez (2-4, 5.55 ERA) vs. Marlins -113 LH Justin Nicolino (0-1, 5.40)

Miami (19-30) has won 2 in a row and no longer have the majors worst record.  That distinction now belongs to Philadelphia (17-32) who have lost 23 of 29.  Not a whole lot to like in either SP, but a +0.616 TTF advantage for PHI makes this a one unit play.

8:10pm: Astros +103 RH Mike Fiers (1-2, 5.21 ERA) vs. Twins -113 RH Jose Berrios (3-0, 1.66)

Houston (36-16) comes into this one as winners of 5 straight.  Minnesota has a 26-21 record and has lost 2 in a row.  It'll be a tough task facing Berrios, but with a +0.537 TTF advantage, I'll take the hot Astros for a unit.

10:15pm: Nationals +109 LH Gio Gonzalez (3-1, 2.90 ERA) vs. Giants -119 RH Jeff Samardzija (1-6, 4.50)

Washington (31-19) won yesterday's game 3-0 despite the dust-up between Bryce Harper and Hunter Strickland.  San Francisco (22-31) has dropped 5 of 7.  Take WAS for a unit with a +1.584 TTF advantage.

Good luck, players!
