6/16 – Warriors at Cavaliers

9pm - Golden State -3.5 at Cleveland  O/U 193.5

Game 6 of the NBA Finals finds the Warriors leading the series 3-2 after falling behind 2-1.  Both of these recent wins were by substantial margins, 21 and 13 points, and they obviously covered the spread as favorites in both games.

Golden State G Stephen Curry is coming off a big game 5 in which he scored 37 points, including 17 in the 4th quarter.  Curry's performance offset another fine effort by Cavs F LeBron James who scored 40 points, grabbed 14 rebounds and dished out 11 assists.  Look for big games from both stars in game 6 at Quicken Loans Arena.

Warrior coach Steve Kerr's insertion of F Andre Iguodala into the starting lineup in game 4 has paid big dividends as Iguodala has scored 22 and 14 points with 8 rebounds in each of these last 2 contests.  A big increase in production compared to C Andrew Bogut, who he replaced.

Cavs C Timofey Mozgov was surprisingly limited in game 6 after a huge game 5, so it will be interesting to see how coach Blatt utilizes him tonight.

I like the under here in Cleveland as the Cavs will likely try to slow the pace down.  In 5 games, the under has cashed 3 times with an over in the game 1 OT affair and a push in game 5.

I find it hard to give the 4.5 in this spot and will therefore take Cleveland to cover at home.  James had 3 players help him with double-digit scoring in game 5 so if he gets that help and something out of Mozgov then I think they'll be right in it.

Golden State 95  Cleveland 93
