5/27 – MLB – Two Saturday afternoon TTF plays (one evening play added)

I have two games this Saturday afternoon that fit my TTF recommendation criteria.  Check back later for any possible evening action.

(Game 1) - 2:10pm: Tigers -135 RH Buck Farmer (2016: 0-1, 4.60 ERA) vs. White Sox +122 LH Derek Holland (4-3, 2.47)

First game of a doubleheader. Detroit (22-25) has lost 6 of 8.  Chicago (21-25) won last night's game after losing 3 straight. Holland has been solid for the White Sox all year, while Farmer has been recalled from Triple-A to start this one.  CWS +1.488 TTF advantage here.  One unit play on them.

4:05pm: Reds +116 RH Bronson Arroyo (3-4, 6.75 ERA) vs. Phillies -128 RH Jerad Eickhoff (0-5, 4.70)

Cincinnati (23-24) took last night's series opener 5-2.  Philadelphia (16-30) is just 9-12 at home.  Arroyo hasn't been great, but Eickhoff hasn't won in his last 11 starts dating back to last season.  A +1.084 TTF advantage for CIN here has me backing them for a unit.

10.05pm: Braves +110 RH Mike Foltynewicz (3-4, 3.86 ERA) vs. Giants -121 LH Ty Blach (2-2, 4.10)

San Francisco (20-30) has lost 4 in a row.  Atlanta (21-25) has won 10 of 15 coming into this one.  Foltynewicz is pitching well and the Braves have a +0.235 TTF rating here.  One unit at plus money.

Good luck, players!
