4/6 – MLB – A pair of evening games added to Thursday’s Premium TTF plays

I've got three plays this afternoon in MLB action.

12:35pm: Phillies +103 RH Clay Buchholz (2016: 8-10, 4.78 ERA) vs. Reds -113 RH Rookie Davis (N/A)

Davis is indeed a rookie, making his MLB debut.  Good spot to take the Phillies (+.058 TTF) for a unit in this series rubber match.

1:40pm: Rockies +107 RH Antonio Senzatela (MLB debut) vs. Brewers -117 RH Chase Anderson (2016: 9-11, 4.39 ERA)

If the Rockies can keep Travis Shaw in check, then I see a good chance of them taking 3 of 4 in this opening series.  A favorable +0.185 TTF match up rating is good reason to take them for a unit.

1:45pm: Cubs -128 RH John Lackey (2016: 11-8, 3.35 ERA) vs. Cardinals +116 RH Lance Lynn (2015: 12-11, 3.03)

A bit of a risk backing Lynn, who missed all of 2016 following Tommy John surgery, but he had a nice spring and the Cards rate +0.38 on the TTF.  St. Louis good for a unit.

Updated 3:00pm ET - Evening plays below:

7:10pm: Braves +137 LH Jaime Garcia (2016: 10-13, 4.67 ERA) vs. Mets -152 RH Matt Harvey (2016: 4-10, 4.86)

Matt Kemp has been carrying what little offense Atlanta has so far.  Harvey returns to start for the first time in 10 months.  Teams have split the first two games.  I like ATL +137 (+.008 TTF) for 1 unit.

9:40pm: Giants -105 RH Jeff Samardzija (2016: 12-11, 3.81 ERA) vs. Diamondbacks -105 LH Robbie Ray (2016: 8-15, 4.90)

San Francisco looks to salvage a series split tonight.  Eduardo Nunez is 7-13 in the first 3 games.  With a +0.54 TTF match up rating, I like SF to get their 2nd win tonight.  One unit.

Good luck, players!
