11/13 – NBA – Monday’s Top Plays

Nine game tonight in the NBA.  You'll find the 3 most advantageous match ups relative to a betting edge as identified by the Formulated Spread Indicator (FSI).

7:08pm:  SACRAMENTO KINGS VS. WASHINGTON WIZARDS

FSI rating:  Wizards -22.36

PICK: WASHINGTON WIZARDS -11.5 (-110)

RISK: 2 UNITS

Game notes:  The 3-9 Kings average just 94.8 ppg.  Buddy Hield and rookie De'Aaron Fox have been their best offensive players as of late, albeit off the bench.

The Wizards (7-5) have won their last two games.  WAS should have their way with SAC with John Wall and Bradley Beal forming the backcourt tandem.

7:38pm:  CLEVELAND CAVALIERS VS. NEW YORK KNICKS

FSI rating:  Knicks -9.376

PICK: NEW YORK KNICKS +4.5 (-109)

RISK: 2 UNITS

Game notes:  The Cavaliers (6-7) clearly haven't hit their stride yet this season.  LeBron James and Kevin Love lead the way.

The Knicks (7-5) already have a win vs. Cleveland this season.  Kristaps Porzingis is averaging 30.4 ppg.

Until CLE gains some winning consistency, I'll keep rating them based on their current performance.

9:08pm:  LOS ANGELES LAKERS VS. PHOENIX SUNS

FSI rating:  Lakers -5.313

PICK: LOS ANGELES LAKERS +2 (-115)

RISK: 1 UNIT

Game notes:  The Lakers (5-8) have dropped three straight.  Rookie Lonzo Ball continues to struggle shooting, but posted a triple-double in Saturday's loss to MIL.

The 5-9 Suns are coming off a win Saturday vs. Minnesota.  Devin Booker and T.J. Warren each had 35 points in that win.

This will be a shootout that the Lakers win outright.

Good luck, players!
